The project, crafted by Blomour Studio, draws inspiration from the ancient Asian art of kokedama, an art that involves wrapping a plant's roots in a ball of soil and moss, creating a natural and captivating composition. In this case, the kokedama hosts native plants from the wetter regions of Puglia.
This exceptional terrarium is a faithful representation of the typical Puglian landscape, enhanced by the presence of characteristic stones from the area that reflect the vibrant colors of Puglia.
This remarkable botanical masterpiece is composed of a ceramic base, finely crafted by skilled local artisans from Grottaglie, making it a work of art in itself. It is also adorned with exclusive native Puglian plants.
The kokedama, thriving in this humid environment and encapsulating a native Puglian plant within, adds a touch of authenticity and natural beauty to this extraordinary Apulian Terrarium.
